Our gemstone, numerology and planetary references are part of the Agam brand concept and storytelling. They are not intended to claim medical, spiritual, astrological, therapeutic or guaranteed life outcomes.

Please avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, irritated skin and sensitive areas. If irritation, redness, itching or discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately.

If you have known allergies, sensitive skin, medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns or fragrance sensitivity, we recommend consulting a qualified professional before using any perfume product.

Agam is not responsible for reactions caused by misuse, overuse, allergic sensitivity, improper storage or use contrary to product instructions.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

Your order is considered accepted only after we confirm it and begin processing it. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, incomplete information, shipping limitations or payment issues.

Please check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an order is processed, packed, customised or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.

However, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, public holidays, address issues, remote locations, payment verification or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, tracking details may be shared with you by SMS, email, WhatsApp or other available methods.

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are correct. Agam will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, repeated delivery failure or refusal to accept the order.

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal-use products, returns may be restricted once the product is opened, used, damaged after delivery or tampered with.

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within the time period mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. We may request order details, photos, videos or an unboxing video to verify the issue.

Approval of replacement or refund will depend on our policy, product condition and verification of the claim.
